How do I book a ride?
You can book a ride through our website using the booking form, by calling us directly at 01234 567 890, or via WhatsApp. For airport transfers and special occasions, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
What areas do you cover?
We primarily serve Bath and the surrounding areas including Bristol, Keynsham, Chippenham, Frome, and more. We also provide airport transfers to all major UK airports and can accommodate longer distance journeys on request.
Are your drivers licensed?
Yes, all our drivers are fully licensed by Bath and North East Somerset Council. They also undergo DBS (criminal record) checks and regular training to ensure the highest standards of safety and service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and bank transfers. For business customers, we also offer corporate accounts with monthly invoicing options.
